ABOUT AUC VMAG
The Atlanta University Center Veterans and Military Affinity Group, Inc. (AUC VMAG) was established on January 15, 2014 by alumni of the Morehouse College NROTC. AUC VMAG serves Midshipmen, Cadets, Veterans and affiliates of Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Morris Brown College and Spelman College.
AUC VMAG was born from the AUC NROTC Alumni Association, which was a dynamic organization led by an exceptional cadre of NROTC alumni beginning in 1998. By the early 2000s, the vision changed to broaden the AUC NROTC Alumni Association into a legal and fully fledged affinity group to primarily support midshipmen, cadets and military veterans graduating from AUC institutions. The vision became a reality in 2014 when AUC VMAG was incorporated by the Georgia Secretary of State and received its non-profit status.
